Any prohibited person or entity that accesses the Software does so without authorization from the author, distributor, or rights holder of the Software. Such access shall be deemed contrary to the stated conditions under which the Software is made available.
Prohibited persons and entities shall not:

- Possess the Software.
- Store the Software.
- Execute the Software.
- Analyze the Software.

- Modify the Software.

- Investigate the Software.
- Review the Software for commercial, legal, technical, competitive, or enforcement purposes.
- Use the Software to support litigation, investigations, enforcement actions, compliance reviews, security reviews, or business operations.
Any copy obtained by a prohibited person or entity is deemed unauthorized and should be deleted immediately upon discovery. Such persons or entities are requested to permanently remove all copies, backups, archives, derivatives, extracts, screenshots, recordings, notes, reports, analyses, and related materials derived from the Software.
The author reserves the right to deny access, refuse support, terminate permissions, modify distribution conditions, revoke permissions, or discontinue availability of the Software at any time and for any reason.
