    READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Deer Mods sells non-tangible digital goods and software licenses that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, recalled, un-viewed, or verified as unused. Once a product key, download, credential, or subscription is made available to you, we cannot take it back.

    There is exactly one narrow exception, described in Section 4. It requires BOTH (a) proof that the product does not work on your hardware, AND (b) written approval from the product's developer. Meeting one without the other does not entitle you to a refund.

    If you are unsure whether a product will work on your system, ask us BEFORE you buy — free of charge — on Discord (https://discord.deermods.pro), on Telegram (https://telegram.deermods.pro), or at support@deermods.pro. Choosing not to ask is not a ground for a refund.

    You must manually tick "I have read and agree to Deer Mods's Terms of Service." before you can pay. That acceptance covers this Refund Policy, which is incorporated into those Terms. We record the date and time of your acceptance.

    1. Scope and Relationship to Our Other Policies

    1.1 Applies to everything we sell. This Refund Policy applies to every product, license, key, download, subscription, service, credit, and other item sold, licensed, or provisioned by Deer Mods LLC through https://deermods.pro, regardless of payment method, price, or promotion.

    1.2 Part of the Terms of Service. This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Terms defined there have the same meaning here. Where our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy differ on a refund matter, this Refund Policy prevails.

    1.3 Read together. This Policy should be read with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both available on the Website.

    1.4 Version applicable to your order. The version of this Policy in effect at the time you placed your order governs that order. We may amend this Policy at any time; amendments apply prospectively.

    1.5 How you accepted it. Before payment can be taken, our checkout requires you to manually tick a checkbox reading "I have read and agree to Deer Mods's Terms of Service." The box is not pre-ticked and checkout cannot proceed without it. Because this Refund Policy is incorporated into those Terms, ticking that box is your acceptance of this Refund Policy. We record the fact, date, and time of your acceptance together with the version then in force, and may produce that record as evidence in any dispute or chargeback.

    2. Why All Sales Are Final

    2.1 The nature of what you are buying. When you purchase from Deer Mods you are not buying a physical object. You are buying a limited, revocable license to use digital content. Digital content:

    • Is delivered instantly, in most cases within seconds of payment;
    • Can be copied, saved, screenshotted, redistributed, or retained indefinitely the moment it is delivered;
    • Cannot be returned — there is no way for you to give it back or for us to confirm you have not kept a copy;
    • Cannot be restocked or resold — a revealed key is spent, regardless of whether you used it;
    • Is often bound to your hardware or account on first activation, at which point it cannot be reissued to anyone else.

    2.2 Delivery is completion. Under our Terms of Service, delivery is complete — and the product is deemed accepted — at the earlier of (i) the moment your key, credentials, or content are first made available on the checkout page or in your account, or (ii) the moment the confirmation email is dispatched to the address you supplied — whether or not you opened the page, read the email, downloaded the file, redeemed the key, or ever used the product.

    2.3 We are a reseller. Deer Mods is primarily an authorized reseller of software created and operated by independent third-party developers. When you buy a third-party product, we pay the developer for that license immediately and irreversibly. We do not hold the funds, we do not control the software, and we cannot unilaterally undo the transaction. This is the core reason developer approval is required before any refund can be issued (Section 4).

    2.4 Price reflects this. Our pricing reflects the fact that sales are final. A refundable model would carry materially higher prices.

    3. Circumstances in Which No Refund Is Available

    No refund, partial refund, credit, exchange, or compensation of any kind will be issued in any of the following circumstances. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

    3.1 Change of mind and purchasing mistakes

    • Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or no longer wanting the product;
    • Accidental purchase, impulse purchase, or purchasing the wrong product, variant, tier, quantity, region, or duration;
    • Purchasing before checking the price, and later finding it cheaper elsewhere;
    • A subsequent sale, discount, coupon, or price drop on a product you already bought;
    • Ordering while intending to "try before deciding";
    • Finding the product too complicated, too technical, or harder to set up than expected;
    • Deciding you no longer need the product before ever using it.

    3.2 Failure to read

    • Failure to read the product description, feature list, or listed requirements;
    • Failure to read this Refund Policy or the Terms of Service;
    • Failure to read a third-party developer's EULA, notices, changelog, or support requirements;
    • Misunderstanding what the product does, based on assumptions rather than the published description;
    • Failure to ask a pre-purchase compatibility question (Section 4.6).

    3.3 Compatibility and system issues

    • Your system does not meet the requirements published on the product page;
    • The product does not support your specific CPU, motherboard, chipset, GPU, BIOS/UEFI version, firmware, peripheral, or capture/DMA hardware;
    • The product does not support your Windows version, build number, edition, or feature update;
    • Conflicts with your anti-virus, endpoint protection, Windows Defender, overlays, virtualization, drivers, or other resident software;
    • Your system was already unstable, modified, or misconfigured before purchase;
    • Your operating system update, driver update, or hardware change later broke compatibility;
    • The issue is fixable by a reinstall, repair, reset, driver update, or comparable user-side remediation (see Section 9).

    3.4 Performance and expectations

    • Dissatisfaction with features, speed, quality, interface, results, or "how it feels";
    • The product works as described but not as you imagined;
    • The product does not provide the outcome, advantage, ranking, or result you hoped for;
    • You believe a competing product is better;
    • Subjective disappointment of any kind where the product performs its advertised core functions.

    3.5 Third-party enforcement and platform action

    • Bans, suspensions, restrictions, hardware bans, account terminations, inventory removals, or rank resets imposed by any game, publisher, platform, anti-cheat provider, marketplace, or service;
    • Detection of a product by any anti-cheat, anti-tamper, or security system;
    • A platform or game patch that breaks, blocks, or renders a product ineffective;
    • Loss of any third-party account, item, currency, progress, or purchase;
    • Any legal or disciplinary consequence arising from your use of a product.

    You use our products entirely at your own risk. We do not and cannot guarantee that any product is or will remain undetected, and no such outcome is warranted or refundable.

    3.6 Developer-side changes

    • The developer discontinues, pauses, delists, or abandons a product;
    • The developer's servers, loaders, authentication endpoints, or licensing infrastructure go offline, permanently or temporarily;
    • The developer changes the feature set, pricing, terms, or update cadence;
    • The developer stops providing support or fails to respond;
    • The developer suspends, revokes, blacklists, or refuses to reset your key, HWID, or account for any reason.

    3.7 Your own conduct

    • Violation of our Terms of Service or a developer's EULA;
    • Any consequence of how or where you chose to use a product, including where that use breached a third-party platform's or game's terms. Deer Mods places no restriction on where you use a product — that choice, and every consequence of it, is yours alone (Terms of Service, Section 24.2);
    • Sharing, reselling, leaking, or redistributing a key, credential, download, or account;
    • Reverse engineering, cracking, patching, or tampering with a product;
    • Using a key on more systems than permitted, or exhausting your HWID reset allowance;
    • Account suspension or termination by us for breach (no refund is ever due on termination for breach);
    • Losing, deleting, or failing to record your key after delivery;
    • Deleting your Deer Mods account, which forfeits balance, entitlements, and our ability to verify your claim;
    • Entering an incorrect email address, Discord ID, or other detail at checkout;
    • Failing to receive our email because of your spam filter, mailbox, or provider.

    3.8 Fees, timing, and payment mechanics

    • Payment / gateway fees shown on your invoice — never refundable in any circumstance;
    • Cryptocurrency network, gas, miner, bridge, or exchange fees;
    • Exchange-rate movement between payment and refund;
    • Bank, card issuer, wallet, or intermediary conversion or cross-border charges;
    • Funds sent to the wrong address, the wrong network, or as the wrong asset — these are permanently lost and unrecoverable by anyone;
    • Delays caused by blockchain confirmation times, processor review, or fraud screening.

    3.9 Product categories excluded outright

    • Customer Balance / store credit top-ups and credits (Section 13);
    • Coupons, reward credits, and promotional entitlements (no cash value);
    • Beta, alpha, early access, testing, or experimental products, which are sold strictly as-is;
    • Free, gifted, or promotional items;
    • Reseller / wholesale bulk purchases, including unsold or unredeemed inventory (Section 22);
    • Products marked "Final Sale," "No Refunds," "As-Is," or similar on the listing;
    • Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order services once work has begun;
    • Services already started or completed (marked by our "Service Started" / "Service Completed" notifications).

    3.10 Time-barred claims

    • Any claim raised more than seventy-two (72) hours after delivery, other than a non-delivery claim under Section 15;
    • Any claim raised after you have used the product without complaint;
    • Any claim raised after the developer's own warranty or claim window has expired.

    4. The Only Exception: Proven Hardware Non-Functionality and Developer Approval

    This is the sole circumstance in which Deer Mods will consider a monetary refund.

    4.1 The two-part test. A refund may be considered only where BOTH of the following are satisfied:

    (A) It is PROVEN, through the evidence and troubleshooting process in Sections 6–8, that the product does not function on your hardware components; AND

    (B) The DEVELOPER of the product expressly APPROVES the refund in writing to us.

    Both conditions must be met. Satisfying one without the other creates no entitlement.

    4.2 Why developer approval is required. Deer Mods is a reseller. We purchase licenses from the developer and pay for them immediately. We do not control the software, we cannot audit its code, and we cannot recover the license cost we have already paid. Accordingly, we will not issue a refund for a third-party product without the developer's approval. We will always raise a properly evidenced claim with the developer on your behalf and advocate for you — but we cannot compel a developer to approve anything, and a developer's refusal ends the claim.

    4.3 What "does not function on your hardware" means. This exception is limited to a genuine hardware-level incompatibility or defect — the product cannot run at all, or cannot perform its core advertised function, on your specific hardware components, and no configuration, setting, update, or supported workaround will make it work.

    4.4 What it does NOT mean. This exception does not cover:

    • The product works, but not as well as you hoped;
    • The product works, but a specific secondary feature is missing or imperfect;
    • The product works after a fix, setting change, driver update, or reinstall (that is a resolved issue, not a defect — see Section 9);
    • The product is detected, patched, or banned (Section 3.5);
    • Software conflicts on your machine (anti-virus, overlays, virtualization);
    • Your unwillingness to perform reasonable troubleshooting steps;
    • Your hardware being outside the requirements published on the listing — that is your responsibility to check before buying;
    • A problem you cannot reproduce or evidence.

    4.5 Burden of proof is on you. You bear the entire burden of proving non-functionality. An unsupported assertion that "it doesn't work" is not proof. See Section 7 for what we require.

    4.6 Pre-purchase compatibility checks are free. We will happily confirm compatibility before you buy. Message us on Discord or Telegram (fastest), or email support@deermods.pro, with your full specifications — OS version and build, CPU, motherboard, GPU, and any relevant peripherals or capture/DMA hardware — and we will tell you what we know. Declining to ask, and then discovering incompatibility, is not a ground for refund.

    4.7 Deadline. You must open your claim within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Claims opened after that window will normally be refused, because product state, developer records, and system evidence degrade rapidly and we can no longer reliably verify what happened.

    4.8 Discretion. Even where both conditions in Section 4.1 are met, the final decision on whether a product is "non-functional" and whether to issue a refund, replacement, or credit rests in the sole and absolute discretion of Deer Mods LLC.

    5. Replacements — Our First and Preferred Remedy

    5.1 We fix before we refund. Where a product is defective, non-functional, or wrongly delivered, our first remedy is always to make it right, in this order:

    1. Troubleshoot and resolve the issue with you (free, and usually successful);
    2. Issue a replacement key or a fresh delivery of the same product;
    3. Offer an alternative product of equal or greater value that is compatible with your system;
    4. Issue Customer Balance equal to the amount paid, usable on anything we sell;
    5. Issue a monetary refund, only where Section 4 is fully satisfied.

    5.2 A reasonable replacement is your sole remedy. Where we offer a working replacement, a compatible alternative product, or equivalent Customer Balance that reasonably remedies the issue, that offer is your sole and exclusive remedy and no monetary refund is due.

    5.3 Replacement notifications. When a replacement is issued, you receive an Invoice Replacement Issued email confirming it.

    5.4 Replacements do not restart the clock. A replacement does not create a new 72-hour claim window for the same underlying issue.

    5.5 Refusing a replacement. If you refuse a reasonable replacement or alternative and insist on a monetary refund, we may close your claim. Refusal of a reasonable remedy does not strengthen a refund claim.

    6. Step-by-Step Claim Process

    Follow these steps exactly. Skipping a step, or going to your bank instead, will result in your claim being refused and may result in a permanent ban (Section 19).

    Step 1 — Contact us first, within 72 hours

    Message us on Discord (https://discord.deermods.pro) or Telegram (https://telegram.deermods.pro) — these are our fastest and recommended channels — or email support@deermods.pro. We do not operate a ticket system on the Website.

    Include your Invoice / Transaction ID and a clear description of the problem.

    Do not contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Venmo, or wallet provider. Contact us.

    Step 2 — Provide the required evidence

    Supply everything listed in Section 7 in your first message wherever possible. Incomplete claims delay or defeat themselves.

    Step 3 — Cooperate with troubleshooting

    Work with our support team, and with the developer where relevant, to diagnose and attempt to fix the issue. See Section 8. Refusal to cooperate ends the claim.

    Step 4 — We escalate to the developer

    If the issue is genuine and unresolved, and the product is a third-party product, we submit your evidence to the developer and request a determination. Developer response times vary and are outside our control.

    Step 5 — Decision

    We notify you of the outcome in your support conversation and/or by email. Possible outcomes:

    Outcome

    What happens

    Resolved

    The issue is fixed. No refund is due.

    Replacement issued

    You receive a working key, fresh delivery, or alternative product. This is your sole remedy.

    Customer Balance issued

    Credit is applied to your account for use on any product.

    Refund approved

    Both limbs of Section 4.1 are satisfied; a refund is processed under Section 11.

    Refused

    The claim does not meet this Policy, or the developer refused. Reasons are given.

    Step 6 — Escalation (optional)

    If you believe the decision was wrong, you may escalate once to legal@deermods.pro with the subject line "Refund Escalation," quoting your support conversation and Invoice ID, and stating specifically why you believe the decision was incorrect. Escalations are reviewed by a different person. The escalation decision is final within our internal process (see Section 25).

    7. Evidence You Must Provide

    To be considered under Section 4, your claim must include all of the following. Claims missing this evidence will be refused.

    7.1 Order identification

    • Invoice / Transaction ID;
    • The email address used at purchase;
    • Date and time of purchase;
    • The exact product, variant, and quantity.

    7.2 Full system specifications

    • Operating system, exact version and build number (winver);
    • CPU (exact model);
    • Motherboard (manufacturer and model) and BIOS/UEFI version;
    • GPU (exact model) and driver version;
    • RAM;
    • Any relevant peripherals, capture cards, DMA devices, or specialised hardware;
    • Secure Boot, virtualization/VBS/HVCI, and TPM status where relevant;
    • Anti-virus / endpoint protection software in use.

    7.3 Proof of the fault

    • Video recording clearly showing the failure from launch to failure, unedited and uncut, with timestamps visible where possible — this is normally mandatory;
    • Screenshots of every error message, code, or crash dialog;
    • Log files, crash dumps, or console output produced by the product;
    • The exact steps you took to reproduce the failure;
    • Confirmation that the failure is reproducible, not a one-off.

    7.4 Proof of troubleshooting attempted

    • What you have already tried;
    • Results of each attempt;
    • Any correspondence with the developer.

    7.5 Declaration

    A clear statement that:

    • You met the published system requirements at the time of purchase;
    • You have not shared, resold, leaked, or redistributed the product or key;
    • You have not modified, cracked, or tampered with the product;
    • You have not used the product in violation of our Terms of Service or any developer EULA;
    • The evidence you have supplied is genuine and unaltered.

    7.6 Falsified evidence. Submitting fabricated, edited, staged, borrowed, or misleading evidence is fraud. It results in immediate refusal of the claim, permanent ban, forfeiture of all licenses and Customer Balance without refund, notification to the developer, and referral to payment processors and, where warranted, law enforcement.

    8. Troubleshooting Cooperation Requirement

    8.1 You must cooperate. Cooperation with reasonable troubleshooting is a mandatory precondition to any refund consideration. You agree to:

    • Respond to our messages within 24 hours while a claim is open;
    • Attempt each reasonable step we suggest and report the result honestly;
    • Provide additional information, logs, screenshots, or recordings we reasonably request;
    • Allow us and the developer a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before you seek a refund;
    • Communicate respectfully.

    8.2 What we will never ask for. We will never ask you for your password, login code, 2FA code, banking credentials, crypto seed phrase, or private keys. Anyone asking for these is impersonating us. We may ask for read-only diagnostic information or a screen recording — never remote control of your machine unless you expressly request it.

    8.3 Non-cooperation ends the claim. If you stop responding for 72 hours, refuse reasonable steps, provide incomplete information after being asked twice, or become abusive, we may close your support request and refuse the claim. Where applicable a Ticket Closed notification is sent to the email on your account. Closure for non-cooperation is final.

    8.4 Abusive conduct. Threats, harassment, extortion (including threats of chargebacks, negative reviews, or public campaigns to force a refund), spam, or abuse toward our staff or a developer will result in immediate closure of the claim and may result in a permanent ban without refund.

    9. User-Side Fixes Are Not Our Responsibility

    9.1 The rule. A product is not "non-functional" if the issue can be resolved by action on your own system. Where a fix exists on your side, the product is working as intended and no refund is available, whether or not you are willing to perform the fix.

    9.2 Examples of user-side remediation. This includes, without limitation:

    • Reinstalling, resetting, repairing, or performing a clean installation of Windows;
    • Rolling back, updating, or reinstalling drivers;
    • Updating, resetting, or reconfiguring BIOS/UEFI (including Secure Boot, virtualization, VT-d/IOMMU, CSM, TPM settings);
    • Disabling, uninstalling, or adding exclusions to anti-virus or endpoint protection;
    • Disabling overlays, virtualization features (VBS/HVCI/Hyper-V), or conflicting background software;
    • Installing missing runtimes, redistributables, or system components;
    • Correcting date/time, locale, permissions, or user-account settings;
    • Resolving network, firewall, DNS, VPN, or ISP issues;
    • Clearing corrupted files, caches, or previous installations of similar software;
    • Running the product with appropriate privileges;
    • Removing conflicting or previously installed competing software.

    9.3 Explicit statement. Refunds are not provided for issues requiring a Windows reinstall or comparable user-side fix. This is stated plainly, up front, and on every product page where relevant. Your unwillingness or inability to reinstall your operating system, change a BIOS setting, or update a driver does not convert a working product into a defective one.

    9.4 Time and inconvenience. We are not liable for your time, inconvenience, downtime, data loss, or the cost of reinstalling, restoring, or repairing your system. You are responsible for backing up your data before installing any product.

    9.5 We will still help. Even though these fixes are your responsibility, our support team will guide you through them at no charge. We want the product working for you.

    10. How Decisions Are Made

    10.1 Factors we consider. In assessing a claim we consider:

    • Whether you contacted us within the 72-hour window;
    • Whether the full evidence required by Section 7 was supplied;
    • Whether the fault is genuine, reproducible, and hardware-related;
    • Whether the product performs its core advertised functions on other systems;
    • Whether the fault is attributable to your configuration, software conflicts, or user error;
    • Whether a user-side fix exists (Section 9);
    • Whether your system met the published requirements at time of purchase;
    • Whether you asked a pre-purchase compatibility question;
    • Whether you cooperated in good faith with troubleshooting;
    • Whether a replacement or alternative was offered and refused;
    • Whether the key or product has been activated, redeemed, or used;
    • Whether the developer approved or refused the refund;
    • Your account history, including previous claims, refunds, chargebacks, and terms violations;
    • Any indication of fraud, abuse, or falsified evidence.

    10.2 Timeframe for a decision. We aim to reach a decision within 7 business days of receiving complete evidence. Where a developer determination is required, timing depends on the developer and may take longer. We will keep you updated in your support conversation.

    10.3 Sole discretion. Subject to your non-waivable statutory rights (Section 23), the final decision rests in the sole and absolute discretion of Deer Mods LLC. Our determination is final within our internal process.

    10.4 Reasons. We will tell you the reason for a refusal. We will not disclose confidential developer correspondence, internal fraud-detection logic, or other customers' information.

    11. Approved Refunds — Amount, Form, and Timing

    11.1 Amount refunded. Where a refund is approved, we refund the product price actually paid for the affected item only. We do not refund:

    • Payment / gateway fees shown on your invoice;
    • Cryptocurrency network, gas, miner, bridge, or exchange fees;
    • Currency-conversion losses or cross-border charges applied by your bank, card issuer, wallet, or exchange;
    • Any amount attributable to items on the order that are not affected;
    • Any amount already consumed through use of a subscription period or service.

    11.2 Form of refund — our election. We may issue an approved refund, at our sole discretion, as any of:

    • A refund to the original payment method;
    • Customer Balance credited to your account;
    • A replacement product or compatible alternative;
    • For cryptocurrency orders, an on-chain refund subject to Section 12.

    11.3 Original payment method only. Where a monetary refund is made to a payment method, it will be made only to the original payment method used for the order. We do not refund to a different card, account, wallet, or person. If the original method is closed, expired, or unable to receive funds, we will issue Customer Balance instead.

    11.4 Partial refunds. Where only part of an order is affected, only that part is refunded.

    11.5 Processing time. We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear is controlled by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or blockchain network, not by us, and is typically:

    Method

    Typical time to appear

    Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners)

    5–10 business days

    Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Amazon Pay

    5–10 business days

    PayPal Wallet / Venmo

    1–5 business days

    Shop Pay Installments (Affirm)

    Per Affirm's terms — contact Affirm

    ACH Direct Debit (B2B)

    5–10 business days

    Cryptocurrency

    Network-dependent — see Section 12

    Customer Balance

    Immediate

    11.6 We do not control posting times. Delay in your bank or wallet crediting the refund is not a failure by us and is not a ground for a chargeback.

    11.7 Shop Pay Installments. If you paid via Shop Pay Installments, your loan is with Affirm, not with Deer Mods. Any approved refund is returned to Affirm, which then adjusts your loan under its own terms. Your obligation to Affirm continues until Affirm applies the adjustment, and any interest already accrued is a matter between you and Affirm.

    11.8 Confirmation. We confirm approved refunds in your support conversation and by email. Retain that confirmation.

    12. Cryptocurrency Refunds

    12.0 Who processes crypto. Cryptocurrency payments made directly to Deer Mods — Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT (ERC-20 and SPL), and USDC (ERC-20 and SPL) — are processed through SellAuth, our e-commerce platform provider (https://legal.sellauth.com/), which generates the deposit address, quoted amount, and validity window and confirms settlement on-chain. USDC paid through Shopify Payments is handled separately by Shopify and Coinbase.

    12.1 Irreversibility. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. There is no chargeback, reversal, or recall mechanism on any blockchain.

    12.2 Default form: Customer Balance. Where a refund is approved on a cryptocurrency order, we may — at our sole discretion — issue it as Customer Balance rather than as an on-chain transfer. This is often faster, avoids network fees, and avoids exchange-rate loss.

    12.3 If an on-chain refund is made. Where we elect to refund on-chain, the refund is made:

    • In the same asset on the same network you paid with;
    • In the asset amount we actually received, less all network and processing costs;
    • Not at the fiat value at the time of refund;
    • To a wallet address you supply and confirm.

    12.4 You bear the exchange-rate risk. If the asset's fiat value has fallen since you paid, you receive less fiat value back. If it has risen, you receive more. We do not compensate for volatility in either direction.

    12.5 Wrong address risk. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and network compatibility of any refund address you provide. Funds sent to an address you supplied are irrecoverable, and we bear no liability for them. Verify the address and network carefully before confirming.

    12.6 Underpayment and overpayment. Where the amount received does not match the invoice:

    • Underpayment — the order will not complete automatically. You may be permitted to send the difference within the quote window, or the received amount may be credited to Customer Balance less network and processing costs. We are not obliged to deliver for less than the invoiced price.
    • Overpayment — the excess may be credited to Customer Balance. On-chain return of an overpayment is discretionary and, if made, is net of all costs. Dust amounts may be unrecoverable.

    12.7 Wrong network or wrong asset. Funds sent on the wrong network, as the wrong token, or to an expired or incorrect address are permanently lost. We cannot recover them, and no refund, credit, or replacement is available.

    12.8 Blockchain records are permanent. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded permanently on public ledgers and cannot be erased. See our Privacy Policy.

    13. Customer Balance Refunds

    13.1 What Customer Balance is. Customer Balance is store credit on your account, usable only to purchase products from Deer Mods. It is not money, not a deposit, not a gift card, not a stored-value instrument, and has no cash value.

    13.2 Non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Customer Balance is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-withdrawable, and non-transferable. It cannot be converted back to fiat or cryptocurrency, sold, gifted, or moved between accounts, except where we expressly agree in writing or where applicable law requires otherwise.

    13.3 Purchases made with Customer Balance. Any refund approved on an order paid with Customer Balance is returned as Customer Balance only — never as cash, card refund, or cryptocurrency.

    13.4 Forfeiture. Customer Balance is forfeited without compensation if you delete your account, if your account is terminated or banned for breach, or in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, promotion abuse, or multi-accounting.

    13.5 Expiry. Unused Customer Balance may expire after 24 consecutive months of account inactivity, upon reasonable prior notice to the email on file, except where prohibited by applicable unclaimed-property or consumer-protection law.

    14. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations

    14.1 Cancel before renewal. You may cancel any subscription at any time from the customer panel, or by contacting us on Discord, on Telegram, or at support@deermods.pro. Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

    14.2 No pro-rata refunds. We do not refund partial or unused subscription periods. On cancellation you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and it then ends.

    14.3 Forgetting to cancel is not a ground for refund. A renewal charge that has already been processed is not refundable merely because you intended to cancel, forgot to cancel, or stopped using the product. We send a Subscription Renewal Due notice in advance as a courtesy; non-receipt of that notice does not cancel the subscription or entitle you to a refund.

    14.4 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we send a Subscription Payment Failed notice and may retry, suspend, downgrade, or cancel. You remain liable for periods in which access was provided.

    14.5 Discontinuation by the developer. If a subscription product is discontinued by its developer mid-period, we will use reasonable efforts to obtain a replacement, an alternative product, or Customer Balance for the unused portion. A monetary refund is not guaranteed and remains subject to Section 4.

    14.6 Termination for breach. Termination of a subscription for breach of our Terms of Service forfeits any remaining paid period without refund.

    14.7 Auto-renewal law. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable right you have under automatic-renewal or negative-option laws, including California's Automatic Renewal Law and the U.S. Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act.

    15. Non-Delivery and Wrong-Item Claims

    15.1 Check here first. Before reporting non-delivery:

    1. Log in to your account at https://deermods.pro — your order, invoice, and product are almost always there;
    2. Check the checkout / confirmation page, where keys are displayed;
    3. Check your email spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders;
    4. Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout;
    5. For cryptocurrency, confirm the transaction has the required confirmations on-chain.

    15.2 Report within 7 days. If, after the above, you have genuinely not received your product, contact us within seven (7) days of the order date — on Discord or Telegram (fastest), or by email to support@deermods.pro. Later claims may be refused because delivery state can no longer be reliably verified.

    15.3 Our remedy. Where we confirm genuine non-delivery caused by us or our systems, we will re-deliver or issue a replacement at no cost. If we are ultimately unable to deliver, we will issue Customer Balance or a refund of the amount paid, at our election. This is your sole remedy.

    15.4 Email failures are not non-delivery. If the product was made available on the checkout page and in your account, it was delivered — even if our email never reached your inbox. Deliverability problems caused by your mail provider, filters, full mailbox, blocklist, or a typo in your address are not our responsibility and are not a ground for a refund.

    15.5 Wrong item delivered. If we deliver the wrong product, notify us within 72 hours and do not redeem, activate, or use it. We will correct the delivery. If you redeem an item you knew was wrong, no remedy is available.

    15.6 Delays. Delivery delays caused by fraud review, manual fulfillment, developer provisioning, stock replenishment, or blockchain confirmation are not non-delivery. We do not guarantee delivery timeframes.

    16. Duplicate, Accidental, and Unauthorized Purchases

    16.1 Duplicate charges. If you were charged twice for the same order because of a genuine technical or processor error, contact support@deermods.pro within 7 days with both transaction IDs. Verified duplicate charges for a single order are refunded in full.

    16.2 Duplicate purchases you made yourself. Buying the same product twice by mistake, or buying it again after already owning it, is not a duplicate charge and is not refundable, though we may at our discretion offer Customer Balance as a goodwill gesture where the second key is unredeemed.

    16.3 Accidental purchases. Ordering the wrong product, variant, quantity, or duration is not refundable (Section 3.1). Where the key is entirely unredeemed and unrevealed, we may at our discretion offer an exchange or Customer Balance. This is discretionary, not an entitlement.

    16.4 Unauthorized use of your payment method. If you believe your card, account, or wallet was used without your authorization, contact us immediately at legal@deermods.pro with the subject line "Unauthorized Transaction." We will investigate, freeze the associated licenses, and cooperate with your issuer's legitimate fraud process. Please also notify your bank or issuer of the compromise. Do not use the chargeback process as a substitute for a refund request on a purchase you did in fact make — see Section 19.

    16.5 Purchases by minors. Products may not be purchased by anyone under 18. A purchase made by a minor is a breach of our Terms of Service. Where a parent or guardian notifies us promptly and the product is unredeemed, we may cancel the order and refund at our discretion.

    17. Orders We Cancel or Refuse

    17.1 Our right to cancel. We may refuse, cancel, or void any order — before or after payment — for the reasons set out in our Terms of Service, including suspected fraud, failed verification, pricing or listing error, stock unavailability, sanctions or export-control restrictions, or prior breach.

    17.2 What you receive. Where we cancel an order before delivery and no breach by you is involved, we refund the amount actually received to the original payment method where reasonably practicable, or issue equivalent Customer Balance where a refund to the original method is impractical (including certain irreversible cryptocurrency payments). This is your sole remedy for a cancelled order.

    17.3 No refund where cancellation follows your breach. Where an order is cancelled because of fraud, unauthorized payment, sanctions restrictions, or your breach of our Terms, no refund is due and licenses are revoked.

    17.4 Pricing errors. An order placed at an obviously erroneous price may be cancelled even after payment, with a full refund of the amount paid. That refund is the entire remedy; we are not obliged to honor the erroneous price.

    18. Bans, Detections, Patches, and Discontinuation

    18.1 No refunds — ever. For absolute clarity, and notwithstanding anything else in this Policy:

    NO REFUND, REPLACEMENT, CREDIT, EXTENSION, OR COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND IS AVAILABLE FOR:

    • Any ban, suspension, restriction, hardware ban, or account termination by any game, publisher, platform, marketplace, or anti-cheat provider;
    • Detection of a product by any anti-cheat, anti-tamper, or security system;
    • A patch or update that breaks, blocks, or disables a product;
    • A developer pausing, delisting, discontinuing, or abandoning a product;
    • Developer-side downtime, outage, or infrastructure failure;
    • Loss of any third-party account, item, currency, rank, progress, or purchase.

    18.2 Why. These are inherent, unavoidable, and well-known risks of this category of product. They are outside our control and outside the control of any reseller. We do not warrant that any product is or will remain undetected, functional, supported, or available. You accept these risks in full when you purchase.

    18.3 Developer goodwill. Some developers voluntarily offer extensions, credits, or replacement time following a detection or extended downtime. Where a developer offers such a remedy, we will pass it on to you in full. This is entirely the developer's decision, is not guaranteed, and is not an entitlement against Deer Mods.

    18.4 Your own conduct. You are solely responsible for how, where, and whether you use a product, and for all consequences of that use.

    19. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud Records

    CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR BANK. ALWAYS.

    19.1 Contact us first — this is mandatory. You must contact us — on Discord or Telegram (fastest), or at support@deermods.pro — and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, PayPal or Venmo claim, wallet dispute, or bank reversal. Initiating a dispute without doing so is a material breach of our Terms of Service.

    19.2 We resolve almost everything. The overwhelming majority of issues are resolved quickly and free of charge through support, usually within minutes on Discord or Telegram. A chargeback is slower for you, costs us money, and permanently ends our relationship. Please just message us.

    19.3 Consequences of a chargeback filed in breach. If you file a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, we may immediately and without notice:

    • Permanently revoke and blacklist your license key(s) for the disputed order and, at our discretion, every other order on your account. Revocation is permanent and is not undone by later repayment unless we expressly agree;
    • Permanently blacklist you from our shop — your account, email address, Discord username and ID, payment identifiers, wallet addresses, and associated devices and networks — from all current and future Deer Mods services;
    • Forfeit all Customer Balance, coupons, rewards, affiliate earnings, and reseller status;
    • Contest the dispute in full with all available evidence;
    • Notify the developer of the product. That developer may then, under its own terms and at its own discretion, blacklist your key, blacklist your developer account, and apply a hardware-identifier (HWID) ban. Deer Mods does not control, direct, or reverse developer-side enforcement, including HWID bans;
    • Report the dispute to the payment processor, card network, issuing bank, wallet provider, and, where warranted, to law enforcement;
    • Create a Fraud Record about you, publish it, and share it with other merchants and providers — see Section 19.9;
    • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount and all associated costs.

    These remedies are cumulative and may be applied in any combination.

    19.4 Evidence we submit. We contest illegitimate disputes with: the invoice PDF (including its ORDER EVIDENCE block — invoice reference, IP address, ASN, browser, created and completed timestamps); account and login records; your acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy at checkout; delivery confirmation and email dispatch logs; full support correspondence transcripts; and product activation or usage telemetry supplied by the developer.

    19.5 Chargeback administration fee. For each chargeback or dispute filed in breach of Section 19.1, you agree to pay Deer Mods the disputed amount plus an administrative fee of fifty United States Dollars (USD $50.00) per dispute, plus all processor penalties, representment fees, currency losses, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This reflects a genuine pre-estimate of our administrative loss and is not a penalty.

    19.6 Friendly fraud. Filing a dispute claiming non-receipt, non-delivery, or non-authorization for a product that was in fact delivered, accessed, or used is fraud. We pursue all civil and criminal remedies available.

    19.7 Reinstatement. Reinstatement after a chargeback is entirely at our discretion and, if granted, may require full repayment of the disputed amount and all fees, and pre-payment by an irreversible method thereafter.

    19.8 Statutory rights preserved. Nothing in this Section prevents you from exercising a genuine, non-waivable legal right to dispute an unauthorized transaction with your payment provider. It applies to disputes filed as a substitute for, or in circumvention of, this Refund Policy.

    19.9 Fraud Records — publication and industry sharing. Where we determine on reasonable grounds that you have filed an illegitimate chargeback or otherwise committed fraud or comparable abuse, we may create a Fraud Record about you, publish some or all of it on our Website or channels, and share it with other merchants, marketplaces, developers, payment providers, and shared anti-fraud registers, so that they can protect themselves against the same conduct. A Fraud Record may contain your email address, Discord username and ID, invoice reference(s), payment method type and transaction reference, wallet address, IP address, ASN, country, the date, and a factual description of what happened. It will never contain card numbers, bank credentials, government ID numbers, or your real name, home address, telephone number, or employer.

    We commit to stating only verifiable facts, to never publishing a record about someone who has not engaged in this conduct, and to correcting or removing any record we find to be materially inaccurate. If you believe a record about you is wrong, you may contest it — email legal@deermods.pro with the subject "Fraud Record Dispute," and a person not involved in the original decision will review it and respond in writing. Where the chargeback is withdrawn or the disputed amount and any fees due are repaid in full, we will remove the published entry on written request, though a minimal internal record may be retained to prevent recurrence.

    Full detail — the data involved, our legal bases, retention periods, our safeguards, and your rights of access, correction, objection, and erasure — is in Section 15A of our Privacy Policy and Section 21.9 of our Terms of Service. Where the law applicable to you restricts this practice, we comply with that law.

    20. Goodwill Gestures

    20.1 Discretionary only. We sometimes issue a refund, credit, replacement, coupon, or other accommodation outside the strict terms of this Policy, purely as a gesture of goodwill.

    20.2 No precedent. Any such gesture:

    • Is made without admission of liability or fault;
    • Is a one-time accommodation for that specific order;
    • Does not modify this Policy or our Terms of Service;
    • Does not create a precedent, course of dealing, waiver, or entitlement to the same treatment in future;
    • May be withheld from customers with a history of claims, disputes, or terms violations.

    20.3 Conditions. A goodwill gesture may be conditioned on closure of the support request, withdrawal of a dispute, and cessation of use of the affected product.

    21. Abuse of This Policy

    21.1 Prohibited conduct. The following constitute abuse of this Policy and are a material breach of our Terms of Service:

    • Submitting false, fabricated, staged, edited, or borrowed evidence;
    • Claiming non-delivery for a product that was delivered;
    • Repeatedly requesting refunds across multiple orders or accounts;
    • Requesting a refund for a product you continue to use;
    • Requesting a refund after sharing, reselling, or leaking a key;
    • Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeat refunds, trials, or promotions;
    • Extortion — threatening chargebacks, negative reviews, public campaigns, doxxing, or harassment to force a refund;
    • Filing a chargeback while a claim is open, or after accepting a replacement or credit;
    • Misrepresenting your system specifications or the requirements published at time of purchase.

    21.2 Consequences. Abuse results in immediate refusal of the claim, permanent ban and blacklisting from our shop, permanent revocation and blacklisting of all license keys, forfeiture of all Customer Balance and affiliate earnings without refund, notification to the relevant developer (which may lead to a developer-side key blacklist and HWID ban), creation, publication, and sharing of a Fraud Record under Section 19.9, and referral to payment processors, anti-fraud networks, and where warranted, law enforcement.

    21.3 Refund history. We record refund, replacement, and dispute history per customer. A pattern of claims may result in refusal of future orders or restriction to irreversible payment methods.

    22. Reseller and Affiliate Purchases

    22.0 Both programs are optional. The Affiliate Program and the Reseller Program are entirely optional and are joined or applied for from the customer panel at https://deermods.pro. Affiliates receive an affiliate code, which they may replace with a custom code; customers enter it in the "Affiliate Code" field at checkout. Approved resellers receive a discount on eligible product prices. Neither program changes this Refund Policy — both are subject to it in full.

    22.1 Discounted and wholesale purchases are final. Products purchased at reseller pricing, and any keys, licenses, or inventory bought for onward resale, are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, including unsold, unredeemed, or expired inventory. Section 4 does not apply to reseller-priced or wholesale purchases.

    22.2 Your customers are your responsibility. If you resell our products, you are responsible for your own customers' refunds, support, disputes, and consumer-law compliance. Deer Mods has no contractual relationship with your customers and will not provide them with support, refunds, or replacements. Direct your customers to yourself, not to us.

    22.3 A discount is not a guarantee. Reseller discounts depend on the terms we obtain from each developer and may change or be withdrawn at any time. A change or withdrawal of your discount, tier, or eligibility is not a ground for a refund on past orders.

    22.4 Affiliate commissions. Commissions on orders that are subsequently refunded, reversed, or charged back are clawed back and deducted from your balance. Commissions are forfeited on account deletion, ban, or a finding of program abuse. An affiliate code entered incorrectly, omitted, or added after payment cannot be applied retroactively, and its omission is not a ground for a refund or price adjustment — the same applies to coupon codes.

    23. Statutory Consumer Rights (EU, UK, and Elsewhere)

    23.1 EU / EEA / UK — express waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right. If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you would ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. That right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal — Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 37(1) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

    BY COMPLETING CHECKOUT, YOU EXPRESSLY REQUEST AND CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE DIGITAL CONTENT BEFORE THE END OF THE 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, AND YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU THEREBY LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE PERFORMANCE HAS BEGUN.

    23.2 Rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for a purpose you made known to us before purchase — for example under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Directive (EU) 2019/770. Where such a right applies, it operates alongside this Policy and prevails to the extent of any conflict.

    23.3 Australia. Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the product or paying the cost of resupply.

    23.4 Other jurisdictions. If mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of habitual residence gives you rights beyond this Policy, those rights apply. This Policy is drafted to apply to the maximum extent permitted by the law applicable to you, and no further.

    23.5 Making a statutory claim. If you believe you have a statutory right that this Policy does not accommodate, email legal@deermods.pro with the subject line "Statutory Consumer Claim," identify the law you are relying on and your country of residence, and provide your invoice details. We will review it seriously and respond.

    23.6 EU Online Dispute Resolution. EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

    24. Effect of a Refund on Your License

    24.1 Immediate termination. Upon any refund, reversal, chargeback, or credit relating to a product, your license to that product terminates immediately and automatically, without further notice.

    24.2 Your obligations. You must immediately:

    • Cease all use of the product;
    • Uninstall it and permanently delete all copies, including backups and archives;
    • Cease using and destroy the associated key or credentials;
    • Delete any files, downloads, or documentation derived from it.

    24.3 Continued use is infringement. Continuing to use a refunded or charged-back product constitutes unauthorized use, copyright infringement, and a material breach of our Terms of Service, and exposes you to civil and criminal liability, including claims by the developer.

    24.4 Key revocation. We and the developer may revoke, blacklist, or deactivate the key, HWID binding, and any associated account at any time following a refund.

    24.5 Whole-order effects. A refund does not affect other, unrefunded items on the same order, which remain licensed to you and subject to our Terms.

    25. Escalation, Disputes, and Governing Law

    25.1 Escalate to us first. If you disagree with a decision, escalate once to legal@deermods.pro (subject: "Refund Escalation") with your support conversation reference, invoice ID, and a clear statement of why you believe the decision was wrong. A different reviewer will consider it.

    25.2 Formal dispute process. If escalation does not resolve the matter, the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Service apply. These require a 60-day informal resolution period initiated by a written Notice of Dispute to legal@deermods.pro, followed by binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, with a class action and jury trial waiver, and include a 30-day right to opt out of arbitration. Please read Section 34 of the Terms of Service in full.

    25.3 Governing law. This Policy is governed by the federal laws of the United States of America and, to the extent state law applies, by the laws of the State in which Deer Mods LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection law of your place of habitual residence. For the security of our owners and staff we do not publish our State of organization or a street address, but we will identify it in writing, free of charge, within fourteen (14) days to anyone who needs it for a genuine legal purpose — email legal@deermods.pro with the subject "Jurisdiction Request." See Section 35.1A of the Terms of Service.

    25.4 Limitation period. Any claim relating to a refund must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim accrued, except where a longer period is required by non-waivable applicable law.

    6. No refund is available for bans, detections, patches, or developer discontinuation;
