1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to software tools, digital keys, e-books, and scripts, are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing a digital product, you are purchasing a limited, revocable license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself. As the product is delivered digitally and can be duplicated instantly, it is not possible to "return" it. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • You not meeting the system requirements listed on the product page.
  • Incompatibility with your specific hardware or software configuration.
  • Dissatisfaction with the product's features or performance.

2. Exception: Proven Non-Functionality

The only exception to our no-refund policy is if a product is proven to be completely non-functional and unusable on your system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

To be eligible for consideration under this exception, you must:

  1. Contact Support First: You must contact our support team through one of our official channels (listed below) within forty-eight (48) hours of your purchase. You must provide your transaction ID and detailed information about the issue.
  2. Cooperate with Troubleshooting: You must work with our support team and provide all requested information (e.g., error logs, system details, screenshots) to prove the product is non-functional and to allow us a reasonable attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
  3. Prove Non-Functionality: You must provide clear evidence that the product fails to perform its core, expressly advertised functions and that the issue is not due to your system's incompatibility, user error, or a violation of our Terms of Service.

The final determination of whether a product is deemed "non-functional" and eligible for a refund shall be made at the sole and absolute discretion of Deer Mods.


3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

IMPORTANT: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your license key(s) may be immediately and permanently revoked.
  • You may be permanently banned from accessing our website and purchasing any future products.
  • We will dispute the chargeback with all necessary evidence, including your agreement to this No Refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to pursue all available legal and contractual remedies to recover the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, costs, and administrative expenses.
