GamerBot's Terms of Service

Note: These are not Deer Mods’ Terms of Service. These are GamerBot’s Terms of Service, applicable only to GamerBot products. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Sharing and Reselling Policy
- Non-Transferable Keys – If you purchase a 30-day subscription and only use it for a week, you cannot transfer or resell your key. The key is bound to your HWID (Hardware ID).
- Prohibited Activities – Sharing, reselling, or giving away your subscription will result in a ban from our services.
- Purchasing for Others – You may buy a subscription for a friend, but once they redeem the key, it belongs to them for the subscription period.
2. Key Reset Policy
- Ownership Verification – A key reset will only be granted if proof of ownership is provided (e.g., original purchase receipt, transaction details).
- User Responsibility – After a key reset, users must securely store their new key. Lost keys will not be replaced.
3. Buyer Responsibility
We are not responsible for any in-game bans or penalties resulting from the use of our software. Users must comply with the game's Terms of Service.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including software, designs, and logos, remains the property of GamerBot. Unauthorized distribution or modification is strictly prohibited.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after an update, you agree to the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
6. License and Usage
GamerBot grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our software, subject to compliance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software.
- Use the software for any illegal or prohibited activities.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
By using GamerBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
8. Software Integrity, Anti-Tamper, and Usage Restrictions
To protect the integrity of GamerBot and ensure fair use among all users, the following restrictions apply to all users of the software.
8.1 Anti-Tamper and Loader Protection
GamerBot software includes security mechanisms designed to protect the loader, licensing systems, and software integrity.
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to:
- Bypass, disable, interfere with, or modify any anti-tamper protections.
- Circumvent license verification systems.
- Modify or manipulate the GamerBot loader or authentication systems.
- Interfere with software protections designed to prevent unauthorized use.
Any attempt to tamper with or bypass these protections may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without prior notice.
8.2 Reverse Engineering Prohibition
Users may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Decompile
- Disassemble
- Analyze
- Extract code
- Attempt to replicate or recreate any portion of the GamerBot software
This includes attempts to inspect memory, debug the application, analyze network traffic for replication purposes, or otherwise derive the internal functionality of the software.
Any such activity will result in immediate license revocation and permanent termination of access.
8.3 Co-Loading and Competing Software
Users are strictly prohibited from running, injecting, or loading other software that performs similar, competing, or conflicting functionality alongside GamerBot when doing so may negatively impact other GamerBot users or the integrity of the service.
Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:
- Running competing software simultaneously with GamerBot
- Co-loading multiple automation or modification tools
- Using other software to gain unfair advantage over GamerBot users
- Using third-party tools to abuse or disrupt GamerBot services
If GamerBot systems detect that a user is co-loading other software in a manner that abuses or interferes with GamerBot services or its users, the associated account may be automatically disabled without warning.
Accounts disabled for this reason may not be eligible for reinstatement.
8.4 Unauthorized Modifications
Users may not modify, alter, patch, inject into, or manipulate GamerBot software, loader components, or any related files.
Any attempt to modify the software or its behavior outside of intended use will result in termination of the license.
8.5 Automated Enforcement Systems
GamerBot may utilize automated systems to monitor software usage patterns and detect violations of these Terms.
These systems may automatically:
- Suspend accounts
- Revoke licenses
- Disable software access
Such actions may occur without manual review or prior warning if a violation is detected.
8.6 License Revocation
All licenses granted by GamerBot are revocable at any time if a user violates these Terms of Service.
Upon revocation:
- Access to GamerBot software will be permanently disabled.
- The license key may be invalidated.
- Associated accounts may be permanently banned from GamerBot services.
License revocation does not entitle the user to any refund.
